Winter/Spring 25

Gentle Yoga strengthens the body while calming and focusing the mind. Learn how to take this slower, gentler version of Yoga into your daily life to strengthen and tone your body, improve circulation, lower blood pressure, and help relieve stress. Classes include modified stretches to fit everyone, even those who prefer to remain seated on a chair. This will be a hybrid class, so there will be a Zoom option for those who prefer online instead of in person.
