My name is Stephanie and I’m a fitness instructor and also a certified nutritionist. Through obtaining my certifications in senior fitness, I became aware of how our lifestyle choices with fitness and nutrition affect our overall health and longevity and how our food choices can prevent chronic illness. I started offering a “Nutrition As We Age” workshop to share that information and help set people on the path of developing long term healthy lifestyle habits.
