Eaten as an appetizer or light meal, they are a staple of Levantine cuisine and a crowd pleaser! Come learn how to make this tasty hand pie.

Lorie Haddad is a St. Anthony resident and long-time Community Education Cooking Instructor. She grew up foraging grape leaves and helping her Lebanese grandmother prepare classic Levantine dishes. She is very excited to continue cooking with the community.
