Cooking Indian cuisine comprises a wide variety of regions and traditional delicacies native to the Indian sub-continent. The cooking style varies from region to region and is largely divided into south Indian and north Indian. India has been widely appreciated for its fabulous use of herbs and spices. Also Middle Eastern and Central Asian influences have occurred in the North Indian cuisine from the years of Mughal rule. One of the popular dishes of North India is paneer curry and south Indian dessert with chick pea flour. Your will learn to prepare these tasty delights and take home to taste. She was born in Andhya Pradesh, India, and learned to cook from her mother. She loves to prepare a variety of Indian recipes. Keerthi volunteers in the ECFE program at the Community Center. She is married, lives in St. Anthony, and has one child.
