Total Body Conditioning - Summer Session 2

TBC is a workout designed to be challenging, yet allows you to work at your own pace. Using HIIT (high intensity interval training) methods, you will feel energized with strength gains, endurance, and accomplishments. Join the fun this summer at the St. Anthony Community Services Building gym, and push it to the limit! Required for the class are 2 sets of hand weights, 2-4 lbs., and 6-10 lbs. and an exercise ball.
