HUSKIES SUMMER WORKOUT CLUB

Maximum Intensity is back and looking forward to another wonderful year of hard work and dedication. The summer workout is a strength and fitness program. Both boys and girls are recommended, and the program will match up participants to ensure the best possible experience for each participant can occur.

Participants will focus on improving speed, agility, strength, power, and conditioning— areas that improve athletic ability across all sports. Varsity coaches are available to design additional sport-specific improvement techniques as well.

St. Anthony will again partner with Maximum Intensity Training and Coach Pantaleo (Pinto) whose years of experience in training young athletes have benefited hundreds of Huskies, some of whom have graduated to play at the collegiate level. 

DETAILS

  • Five week program on Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays
  • Monday, June 19-Monday, July 28. *Due to MSHLS rules there will be NO CAMP the week up July 3-7th
  • Each session begins at 7:30 a.m.
  • Weightroom only sessions are from 7:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. on same days.
  • All sessions will be held at Central Park Fields in St. Anthony. In case of inclement weather, sessions will be held at the SAVHS gymnasiums.
